By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we call or message you to confirm it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or the order looks fraudulent.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies. The delivery fee is shown at checkout. You can pay cash on delivery or online; some orders may need the delivery fee in advance.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person before paying.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.
