Return and refund policy

Check before you pay

Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If something is wrong, damaged or missing, you can return it on the spot.

Returns after delivery

Tell us within 3 days of delivery if a product is damaged, wrong or not as described. The product should be unused and in its original packaging. Food and personal-care items that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, we refund within 7 working days by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Online payments are refunded to the same account where possible. If the return is due to our mistake, we also refund the delivery fee.
